Had a great day at a local football training camp where we focused on mental toughness. Exercises to improve concentration, resilience, and decision - making under pressure were eye - opening. I realize that mental strength is as important as physical strength in sports.

Went to a local art studio and took a pottery - wheel throwing class. Learning how to center the clay, shape it into a pot, and control the speed of the wheel was a challenging but fun experience. I'm proud of the little pot I made.
