Just joined a local running club. Running with a group of like - minded people, sharing the challenges and the triumphs, was so motivating. The early morning runs through the park, with the fresh air and the beautiful scenery, were a great way to start the day.

Went to a pet store and played with the puppies. Puppies always make me happy. 🐶

Had an exciting day at a local adventure park, trying out the zip - lining. Flying through the air, feeling the wind in my face, and getting a bird's - eye view of the park was an adrenaline - pumping experience. I want to do it again!
