Just finished reading a book on the psychology of decision - making. Learning about the cognitive biases, emotions, and rational factors that influence our decisions was eye - opening. It gave me practical tips on how to make better decisions in both my personal and professional life.

Spent the morning volunteering at an animal shelter. Playing with the puppies and kittens, and helping to clean their enclosures was such a heart - warming experience. Seeing the love and hope in their eyes, knowing that we're making a difference in their lives, made every moment worth it. I left feeling inspired to do more for these furry friends.

Just completed a 5 - kilometer run for charity. The sense of accomplishment, knowing that I was contributing to a good cause, was overwhelming. The support from the other runners and the spectators was also a great motivation.
