Just started a new project of building a small wooden bench for my garden. Measuring the wood, cutting the pieces, and assembling them with wood glue and nails was a hands - on project. It was a bit challenging, but seeing the bench come together was a great feeling. I'm looking forward to enjoying the outdoors on my new bench.
Spent the day at a local park, participating in a bird - watching and nature - journaling workshop. Observing different birds, noting down their characteristics, and sketching them in my nature journal was a creative and educational activity. It was a great way to connect with nature and document my observations.
