Went to a local music concert that featured a local orchestra playing film scores. The familiar melodies from popular movies, the powerful performance of the orchestra, and the immersive experience were a treat for any film and music lover.
Spent time journaling and processing my thoughts and feelings. Writing is such a therapeutic way to understand myself better. Getting thoughts out of my head and onto paper brings clarity. Journaling is self-therapy! 📔

Had a wonderful day at a local wildlife rehabilitation center. Volunteering to help clean the enclosures, feed the animals, and assist with their care was a fulfilling experience. Seeing the progress of the injured animals on the road to recovery was heart - warming.
