Went to a local art gallery and took a workshop on mixed - media art. Combining different materials such as paper, fabric, paint, and found objects to create unique art pieces was a liberating and creative experience. It allowed me to experiment with different textures and techniques, and I was surprised at the interesting results I achieved.

Just started a new exercise routine that includes bodyweight yoga. Combining the strength - building aspects of bodyweight exercises with the flexibility and balance of yoga is a challenging but rewarding combination. I can already feel my body becoming more agile.

Went to a local community garden and helped plant a fruit - bearing tree. Digging the hole, placing the sapling, and watering it was a small but significant contribution to the garden. Imagining the delicious fruits it will bear in the future and the community coming together to enjoy them was a heart - warming thought.
Explored a new hiking trail and the views were spectacular. Being surrounded by nature's beauty filled me with peace and wonder. Exercise combined with beautiful scenery is the perfect combination. Can't wait to explore more trails! 🥾
