Just started learning French cuisine. Attempting to make a classic coq au vin. The process of slow - cooking the chicken in red wine, adding bacon, mushrooms, and onions, is both time - consuming and rewarding. The aroma filling the kitchen is making me impatient to taste the final result.

Went to a local community garden and participated in a plant - swapping event. It was a great opportunity to meet fellow gardening enthusiasts, exchange different plant varieties, and learn about new ways to care for plants. I came home with some unique succulents and new gardening tips.
