Had an exciting day at a local food market, taking a class on making artisanal chocolates. From tempering the chocolate to creating different fillings and decorations, it was a hands - on and delicious experience. The end result was a box of beautiful, handmade chocolates that tasted amazing.
Spent the evening at a local pub, playing pool with friends. The friendly competition, the strategy involved, and the fun banter made it a great night out. We played for hours and had a lot of laughs.
