Spent the day at a local science museum, exploring the special exhibit on the human microbiome. Learning about the trillions of microorganisms that live on and inside our bodies, and their crucial role in our health, was eye - opening. The interactive exhibits, which included 3D models and microscopic views, made the complex subject matter easy to understand.

Just started a new exercise routine that combines Pilates and cardio. The Pilates helps with flexibility and core strength, while the cardio gets my heart rate up. I'm already feeling more energetic and balanced.
