Spent the day at a local park, participating in a yoga retreat. The day - long session of yoga, meditation, and relaxation was a rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and more at peace with myself.
Went to a local music concert that featured a symphony orchestra playing Beethoven's symphonies. The powerful and emotional music, the masterful performance of the orchestra, was a truly moving experience. It was a celebration of classical music at its finest.
