Tried a new form of mobility training. Flexible! 🤸♂️
Went to a local community garden and helped build a trellis for climbing plants. Assembling the wooden structure, securing it in place, and imagining the beautiful flowers and vegetables that will grow on it was a rewarding experience. It's a great addition to the garden that will add both functionality and beauty.
Enjoyed a silent retreat and discovered the power of quiet. In our noisy world, silence is a rare and precious gift. I found clarity and peace in the stillness. Silence speaks volumes! 🤫
