Went to a yoga retreat in the mountains for the weekend. The serene surroundings, the daily yoga sessions, and the healthy food were exactly what I needed to recharge. The instructors were knowledgeable and the fellow yogis were friendly. It was a great opportunity to focus on my physical and mental well - being.
Had a day of cloud watching and daydreaming. Letting my mind wander freely is refreshing. Sometimes doing nothing is doing something. Peaceful pause! ☁️
Enjoyed a farmers market and bought fresh, local produce. Supporting local businesses and eating healthy feels good. The quality and taste of fresh food is unmatched. Farm to table! 🥬

Had an amazing day at a local aerospace museum. The exhibits on aircraft history, from the Wright brothers' first flight to modern - day fighter jets and space shuttles, were awe - inspiring. Standing beneath the massive planes and learning about the engineering feats that made flight possible was a humbling experience. It also made me appreciate the continuous pursuit of innovation in the aerospace industry.

Just started a new project of creating a mood board for a room makeover. Cutting out images of furniture, colors, and decor elements from magazines and online, and arranging them on a board, helped me visualize the new look for my room. It's an exciting step towards transforming my living space.

Went on a solo bike ride through the countryside. The open roads, the fresh air, and the beautiful scenery of rolling hills and fields were invigorating.
