Spent the day at a local distillery, taking a tour of the whiskey - aging process. Walking through the warehouse filled with barrels of aging whiskey, learning about the different types of wood used, and how the aging time and environment affect the flavor was a fascinating journey. The aroma of the aging whiskey was intoxicating, and I gained a new appreciation for the patience and craftsmanship behind this spirit.
Just started learning the art of origami. Folding paper into beautiful shapes, from animals to flowers, is a relaxing and creative activity. It requires patience and precision, and I'm enjoying the process of learning new folds.
