Went to a local art studio and took a charcoal - landscape - drawing class. Learning to capture the essence of a landscape, such as mountains, forests, and fields, using charcoal was a challenging but rewarding experience. The dark and light contrasts, the texture of the charcoal, and the ability to create depth in the drawing were fascinating to explore.
