Spent the morning at a local woodworking shop, learning to carve a wooden spoon. The process of shaping the spoon from a rough block of wood using chisels and knives was both challenging and therapeutic. Each stroke brought the spoon closer to its final form, and the sense of accomplishment when it was finished was truly rewarding. I can't wait to use it in my kitchen.

Hanging from a silk hammock, performing yoga poses, and experiencing a new level of balance and strength was both challenging and exhilarating.
