Went to a local community garden and helped plant a fruit - bearing tree. Digging the hole, placing the sapling, and watering it was a small but significant contribution to the garden. Imagining the delicious fruits it will bear in the future and the community coming together to enjoy them was a heart - warming thought.
Woke up without an alarm and felt completely rested. Getting enough sleep makes such a huge difference in how I feel throughout the day. I'm prioritizing my rest and my body is thanking me. Sleep is essential for health! 😴

Went to a local community center and joined a dance class. Learning new dance steps, moving to the music, and having fun with the group was a great way to stay active and socialize. I'm looking forward to the next class.
