Went to a local community garden and started a composting project. Learning about the process of composting, collecting organic materials, and creating a compost heap was a great way to contribute to sustainable gardening. It's also a good way to reduce waste.
Spent the evening at a local comedy club, laughing my head off. The comedians were hilarious, sharing funny stories and doing witty impressions. It was a great stress - reliever after a long week.
Completed a month of dream journaling. Recording my dreams has given me insights into my subconscious. Dreams are messages from within. Dream work! 💭
