Spent the evening at a local park, watching a free outdoor movie screening of a classic film. The big screen, the popcorn, and the company of fellow movie - goers made for a nostalgic and enjoyable experience. It was a great way to relax and enjoy a timeless movie under the stars.
Just completed a 5 - kilometer run for charity. The sense of accomplishment, knowing that I was contributing to a good cause, was overwhelming. The support from the other runners and the spectators was also a great motivation.
Just started a new meditation practice. Taking a few minutes each day to focus on my breath and clear my mind has been very calming. It's helping me to reduce stress and increase my awareness.
