Went to a local art gallery and took a workshop on abstract art. Learning to express emotions and ideas through non - representational forms, colors, and textures was a liberating experience. I let go of my inhibitions and created some truly unique pieces that I'm proud of.

Had a great day at a local beach volleyball tournament. Playing with friends, the friendly competition, and the sun on our backs were all part of the fun. It was a great workout and a lot of laughter.
