Had a wonderful day at a local wildlife rehabilitation center, helping to release a rehabilitated animal back into the wild. Seeing the animal regain its freedom, watching it run or fly away, was an incredibly heart - warming moment. It was a reminder of the importance of conservation efforts.
Completed a month of self-compassion practice. Being kind to myself has changed everything. I deserve my own kindness. Self-love! 💖
