Had an interesting day at a local food market, taking a cheese - making workshop. Learning how to turn milk into cheese, from curdling to aging, was a hands - on and educational experience. I can't wait to try making cheese at home.

Spent the evening at a local park, flying a remote - controlled plane. Maneuvering the plane through the air, doing loops and turns, was an exciting experience. It requires focus and skill, and it's a lot of fun to see the plane soar.

Just finished reading a book on the history of architecture. The detailed descriptions of different architectural styles, from ancient Greek to modern skyscrapers, were fascinating. It made me look at buildings around me with a new appreciation for their design and history.
