Spent the morning at a local carpentry workshop, learning to build a simple bookshelf from scratch. Measuring the wood, cutting the pieces precisely, and assembling them with screws and glue was a hands - on lesson in craftsmanship. The sense of achievement as the bookshelf took shape was palpable, and now I have a functional piece of furniture to display my favorite reads.

Had a wonderful day at a local nature reserve, bird - watching. Spotting different species of birds, from colorful songbirds to majestic eagles, was a thrilling experience. I even managed to get some good photos of them in their natural habitat.
Baked cookies from scratch and they turned out delicious. The smell of fresh baking filled my home with warmth and comfort. Sharing them with neighbors brought smiles all around. Baking is love made edible! 🍪

Went to a yoga retreat in the mountains for the weekend. The serene surroundings, the daily yoga sessions, and the healthy food were exactly what I needed to recharge. The instructors were knowledgeable and the fellow yogis were friendly. It was a great opportunity to focus on my physical and mental well - being.
