Just finished a DIY project of making a wooden chess set. Cutting the pieces, sanding them to a smooth finish, and painting them was a time - consuming but fulfilling task. Now I can enjoy playing chess with friends and family using my handmade set.

Had a great day at a local football training camp where we focused on mental toughness. Exercises to improve concentration, resilience, and decision - making under pressure were eye - opening. I realize that mental strength is as important as physical strength in sports.
