Had an interesting day at a local food festival that focused on artisanal chocolates. Sampling a wide variety of hand - crafted chocolates, from rich dark chocolates with exotic fillings to creamy milk chocolates with unique flavors, was a decadent experience. I also learned about the chocolate - making process from bean to bar.
