Had a successful completion of a difficult task I was avoiding. Procrastination only makes things harder. Taking action feels so much better than worrying. Action over anxiety! ✅
Spent the evening at a local park, watching a meteor shower. Lying on a blanket, looking up at the sky, and seeing shooting stars streak across the night sky was a magical experience. I made a few wishes and felt a sense of wonder.

Explored a new hiking trail and the views were spectacular. Being surrounded by nature's beauty filled me with peace and wonder. Exercise combined with beautiful scenery is the perfect combination. Can't wait to explore more trails! 🥾
