Spent the evening at a local park, practicing meditation with a mindfulness group. The group leader guided us through various meditation techniques, focusing on our breath, body sensations, and thoughts. The shared experience of sitting in silence, surrounded by nature, helped me to relax and gain a deeper sense of self - awareness. It was a peaceful and rejuvenating way to end the day.
