Spent the evening at a local park, participating in a group meditation session focused on gratitude. We sat in a circle, sharing things we were grateful for, and then spent time in silent meditation, reflecting on these blessings. The shared sense of appreciation and the peaceful park setting made it a very meaningful experience.
Had a late - night snack of chips and salsa. A guilty pleasure. 🍟
