RandomMatch Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

These Terms govern your use of RandomMatch at https://randommatch.fun and every feature reachable from it — matching, video and voice calls, purchases, and account tools.

Using the service means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. You accept them by using the service, not by creating an account — most of RandomMatch works without one. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.

Where these Terms and the Community Guidelines appear to conflict, these Terms prevail. Where a question concerns personal data, retention, cookies, or your privacy rights, the Privacy Policy is the reference.

2. Who May Use It

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the minimum age where you live is higher. There is no exception to this, including with a parent's permission.

By using RandomMatch you confirm that:

• You meet the age requirement.
• You are not barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions regime.
• You have not previously been removed from the service — a ban applies to the person, not to a particular account or device.
• You are using it for yourself, and not on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

3. What the Service Is

RandomMatch pairs you with another person at random for a live video call. That is the product. Pairing is not curated, ranked, or personalised to produce a particular kind of person.

Being explicit about what is not promised:

• No guarantee of a match — the pool depends on who is online, in which regions, at that moment.
• No guarantee about who you meet — we do not verify identity, age documents, location, or anything a person tells you.
• No guarantee of call quality — video depends on your network, your device, and the other person's, none of which we control.
• No guarantee of continuous availability — features may change, be limited by region, or be interrupted for maintenance or incidents.

We may add, change, restrict, or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces something you have already paid for, section 7 applies.

4. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for it and for everything done through it. Keep your credentials to yourself, do not sell or transfer the account, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has reached it.

Do not register with false or stolen information, and do not create a new account to get around a restriction on an existing one. Ban evasion is itself a violation and is enforced on the new account immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

The conduct rules for what happens on camera are set out in the Community Guidelines and form part of these Terms. In summary, you must not:

• Expose yourself or direct sexual content at anyone who has not asked for it.
• Involve, depict, or solicit a minor in any sexual context — this is enforced permanently and referred onwards where the law requires.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or use hate speech against anyone.
• Record or capture another participant without their clear consent, or share such a recording.
• Demand money or anything else under threat of exposing a recording or private information.
• Run scams, phishing, spam, advertising, recruitment, or off-platform payment schemes.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Broadcast pre-recorded, looped, or automated video in place of a live camera.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, or automation against the service, or interfere with security controls, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the service, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Use the service unlawfully, or in a way that exposes us or other users to legal risk.

6. Your Content & Our Content

What you contribute

You keep ownership of anything you provide — your display name, your avatar, and what you say on a call. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and display it strictly as needed to operate the service for you. That licence exists so we can deliver your call and show your avatar; it does not let us market you or sell your likeness.

We do not record calls, so no licence over call media is granted or needed. You are responsible for what you show and say, and for having the right to show it.

What we own

The service itself — software, interface, design, brand, written content, and the pages on this site — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use it for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or build a competing service from it.

If your rights are infringed

If content on RandomMatch infringes your copyright, or an account impersonates you or your brand, write to [email protected] with [IP] in the subject line, identifying the content and your basis for the claim.

7. Purchases & Refunds

Random video matching is free. Some features — coins and related benefits — are paid. Prices, currency, and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Virtual items

Coins and similar items are a limited licence to use a feature within RandomMatch. They are not currency, have no cash value outside the service, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not your property. They may expire in accordance with the rules shown at purchase, and any balance ends when the account does.

Refunds

Digital items that have been delivered or consumed are generally non-refundable, except where refusing would breach the mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, or where the purchase terms shown at checkout say otherwise. Nothing here removes a statutory right you have.

If a purchase does not arrive, contact support with the order ID before disputing it with your bank — a chargeback locks the account while the bank investigates, which makes it slower for you.

Payment abuse

Fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, and unauthorised use of a payment method may result in the order being cancelled, benefits being withdrawn, and the account being restricted or closed, to the extent the law permits.

Subscriptions

A recurring purchase renews until cancelled, through the channel that took the payment. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a term already paid for unless the applicable law says otherwise.

8. Enforcement & Termination

We may investigate suspected violations, and we may warn, limit features, suspend, or permanently remove an account. Which of those applies depends on what happened; the tiers are set out in the Community Guidelines.

We may act without prior notice where waiting would put someone at risk — anything involving a minor, credible threats, or an active scam. Where we restrict an account, the account holder is told which rule was broken and may appeal to [email protected].

You may stop using the service at any time, and may ask us to delete your account. On termination, unused virtual items are forfeited except where the law requires otherwise, and the sections of these Terms that are meant to survive — content licences already exercised, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing terms — continue to apply.

9. Third Parties

The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, real-time media transport, payment processing, and analytics. It may also link to sites we do not run, and another user may send you a link during a call.

We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. Treat links a stranger sends you mid-call with particular suspicion — that is the standard delivery route for phishing here.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomMatch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

About other users

This is the part that matters most on a product like this one. We moderate, we act on reports, and we ban people — but we do not verify identity or age documents, and we cannot guarantee the conduct of anyone you are matched with. You interact with strangers at your own risk, and you are responsible for what you choose to show, say, and share.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the service or your interactions with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum the applicable law permits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing limits the consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.

11. Changes to These Terms

We update these Terms when the service or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page is authoritative, and for material changes we give notice in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use RandomMatch after that means the revised Terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.

12. General

• Severability — if a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is applied as closely to its intent as the law allows.
• No waiver — not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.
• Assignment — you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the service.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
• Mandatory local law — nothing here overrides the consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live.
