Went to a local community center and joined a dance - choreography class. Learning how to create a dance routine from start to finish, choosing the music, and teaching the steps to a group was a rewarding experience. It allowed me to express my creativity and work on my leadership skills.
Had a martial arts class learning discipline. The mental aspects are as important as the physical. Martial arts teach life lessons. Warrior spirit! 🥋
