Spent the day at a local beach, participating in a beach clean - up. Picking up trash, making the beach a cleaner and safer place for marine life, was a rewarding activity. It made me more aware of the importance of environmental protection.
Went to a local art gallery and took a workshop on abstract art. Learning to express emotions and ideas through non - representational forms, colors, and textures was a liberating experience. I let go of my inhibitions and created some truly unique pieces that I'm proud of.
