Just started a new exercise routine that includes TRX suspension training. The TRX system uses body weight and adjustable straps to perform a variety of exercises, targeting different muscle groups. It's a convenient and effective workout that can be done anywhere, and I'm enjoying the challenge it poses to my balance and strength.
