Spent the day at a local distillery, participating in a whiskey - making tour. Learning about the process of malting, fermenting, distilling, and aging whiskey was fascinating. The smell of the grains, the sight of the copper stills, and the taste of different whiskey samples were all part of this immersive experience. I developed a new appreciation for this fine spirit.
