Went to a local farmers' market and participated in a cheese - making demonstration specifically for soft cheeses. Watching the process of curdling the milk, separating the curds from the whey, and adding different cultures to create unique flavors was both educational and mouth - watering. I even got to taste some freshly made soft cheese, and it was delicious.

Had an exciting day at a local food market, taking a class on making homemade pasta. From kneading the dough to rolling it out and cutting it into different shapes, it was a hands - on and delicious experience. The fresh, homemade pasta tasted so much better than the store - bought variety.
