Went to a local community garden and helped plant a fruit - bearing tree. Digging the hole, placing the sapling, and watering it was a small but significant contribution to the garden. Imagining the delicious fruits it will bear in the future and the community coming together to enjoy them was a heart - warming thought.
Just started a new meditation practice that involves mindfulness walking. Taking slow, deliberate steps, focusing on the sensations in my body, and being present in the moment is helping me reduce stress and connect with my surroundings.
