Went to a local art gallery and took a guided tour of a modern art exhibition. The abstract paintings, sculptures, and installations were a departure from traditional art forms, challenging my perception of what art can be. The curator's insights into the artists' intentions added a new layer of understanding to the works.

Had a great day at a local football practice where we worked on set - pieces. Learning new strategies for free - kicks and corners, and practicing them with the team, was productive. I'm looking forward to seeing how these tactics play out in our next game.
